It also needs a jolt and that we can give through exercising and living an active lifestyle. Also, drinking at least eight to ten glasses a day can help soften your stool. Drinking more than the recommended amount will greatly help if you are frequently constipated. More than that, you also need to be watchful of the foods that you eat and make sure they won’t lead you constipated.
